3 Willows: The Sisterhood Grows, By Ann Brashares

3 Willows: The Sisterhood Grows are about three fourteen year old friends going into summer vacation. Jo, Polly, and Ama each have very different personalities, and have grown apart over the years. Jo is outgoing, carefree, and self conscious. Polly is quiet and sweet, while Ama is very serious about school. The three girls have just finished eighth grade, and getting ready for their first year of high school. Now that summer vacation is here, each of them go on an adventures that will never be the same.

My opinion: Once I heard that Ann Brashares had published a new book, I knew I would love reading 3 Willows. 3 Willows was an amazing book, I enjoyed every chapter of it. I loved how Ann Brashares tied the original sisterhood into 3 Willows. I also loved the fact that Jo, Polly, and Ama each have their own personality, and managed to be great friends. I recommend this book to everyone who read The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, because you will love 3 Willows just the same. I hope you give 3 Willows a try, and enjoy it as much as I did.
