My opinion: I thought The Lovely Bones was such a great book. I put the book on hold at the library without knowing it was going to be turned into a movie. I decided to let the hold go since there was over 100 people waiting to read this book. After watching the movie trailers a couple times, I finally realized why everyone wanted to read the book. I ordered the book online since I didn’t have the patience to wait another three to four weeks to read the book. Reading the book was really exciting, but sad at the same time. The book started off with Susie getting killed, then her life in heaven. It was almost like being told in a 3rd person point of view; since Susie wasn’t there to continue the rest of her life. There wasn’t anything I disliked about The Lovely Bones, I just knew I would enjoy reading it! I recommend this to anyone; I think everyone will like reading this book. I haven’t watched the movie yet; but I’ve been dying to. I’m sure this movie won’t be like other books that have been turned into movies. Something about The Lovely Bones tells me that the movie is going to be way better!
